Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We ship from Chandler, INDIANA, USA.
All orders (excluding walking sticks) are processed within 7-12 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival of stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation with your order check our spam folder or contact us to make sure your order went through.
Please review your address to make sure you have correctly entered it. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in an address you provide. If an order is returned due to an old or incorrect address, we will refund the original order (minus the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
If you need any help at all please reach out asap because we cannot make changes to your order.
U.S. Shipping Only:
- We offer discounted shipping rates via USPS & FEDEX to the United States only.
- Shipment time on these services vary between 2-10 days.
- We offer Free Standard U.S. Shipping on Orders over $150.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can track your order through our chat or by logging into your account. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order (except for pre-orders) within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through chat or our contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
We accept returns on all domestic orders up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a restocking fee of $6.99 unless it is an exchange or there was an issue with your order.
EmBlaze Your Trail is not responsible for theft or destruction of package.
Return shipping labels are not provided.
EmBlaze Your Trail reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been processed incorrectly due to website or user error. This includes orders submitted with product, coupon code or a promotion that was not displayed or executed as intended.
