How will my order be delivered to me?

All Shipments will arrive by USPS unless otherwise noted.
What are the shipping charges?
Answer :
Shipping is only $9 and includes FREE tracking on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer :
All of our products are made to specification for our customers. We do not carry an inventory of items. In most cases, products are produced within 7 days after an order has been placed.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Answer :
You will receive a confirmation email from us with your receipt with date and time stamp of when your order was placed.
How do I check the status of my order?
Answer :

Can I cancel my order?
Answer :
You have up to 2 hours to cancel your order.
Do you allow exchanges/refunds?
Answer :
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a clerical error or product defect. It is imperative that all information entered into a customization form be accurate including ALL spelling. We are all human, errors do happen though and if it was our error we will make it right with a replacement item or a total refund. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
